My 760's text to speech announcement of street names stopped working and even after reset, firmware update, and update to 2010 it still won't announce - any suggestions? Updating to 2010 NA map takes a lot of patience and disk space. Apparently VISTA checks every line of code before extracting, and then it takes forever for it to load onto the GPS. Buy the "lifetime" version to save money after even 3 updates. LONG wait times on phone support but e-mail support was good.
